radio and console lights? S70 2000

Quick question regarding lights in the radio and on the console? I seemed to have lost the lights on my radio (buttons 4,5,6) and also on the sunroof switch on the console at the same time? I'm assuming it's not a fuse? I searched the forum and saw on thread relating to radio lights, but how do you know which radio you have? Also, can the lights be changed on the console switch? I asked the local dealer and they quoted me $450.00 for a new radio and $175.00 for a new switch! I'm pretty sure these things can be changed??

In addition, is there any "trick" in removing the switches to get to the bulbs?

    Boy, was that easy!! Upon reading several posts in the forum, I figured I would just buy the bulbs at Radio Shack and give it a try. It was simple!! It took me 30 minutes to fix the lights in the radio, and another 5 minutes to fix the lights on the dash switches!!

    Radios on the 850 and S70 are similar enough that you should be able to use posted guides to fix your radio lights. Bulbs seem to be the same.
