850 Caliper 850

I need to replace my right rear caliper. I read in the Haynes manual that new mounting bolts are required, but they don't come with the rebuilt caliper I bought. Is this an absolute necessity? Anyone reuse the original bolts? Where can I get new ones?

At Volvo, you would have gotten the bolts with the caliper. If you use the existing bolts, I see no problem with just adding some 'lock' paint to the bolts so they hold better. But I owuld not put in the old ones unless you do that. I know it's overkill, but better safe than sorry.
Good luck with the job. It is fairly easy to do and I would suggest you bleed the lines completely while doing the job. You can get a good bleeder from IPDUSA.COM
    Best wishes - Marty

I always reuse the same bolts...don't really understand why I would need new ones...
