Well, here is what the book says:

If the ECM registers a fault in one of the circuits for the IAC valve, fan control relay, or turbocharger control valve, but cannot determine which circuit is faulty, DTC 5-3-2 is stored. The majority of the fault sources listed appear to be wiring related, with the possibility of replacing the idle air motor, the fan relay, or the turbocharger control valve. So, clean and secure all of the connectors for the idle air motor, the turbocharger control valve (if you have a turbo), and the fan control relay. True diagnosis can be up to 22 involved steps, and takes 12 pages of my book. I can copy them and fax them if you wind up needing them.

You got the 532 code from where? B1? I'll have to look in my book tomorrow. You have a power stage for your climate control (heater) fan, which, of course, has absolutely nothing to do with your ignition system. I'd probably very carefully check my wires and my connectors to my fan relay, with everything new, that's really the only reasonable place to look for a problem.
