850 Window Switch Source 850

Intermittent operation of my drivers side window in the UP direction only. I will try the suggestions of spraying contact cleaner and "working" the switch to fix the problem, but if I can't, where is a good source to purchase this switch assembly?

I understand the entire assembly needs to be purchased, not individual switches. A dealer only item???

thanks+

Nothing on E-bay for my 850. I guess I need to resort to the dealer pricing?

        Brap84,

Put some serious effort into cleaning the switch before you resort to buying one. Don't be shy (pour it in there) with the contact cleaner (I used Windex) and really work it in. Work the ailing switch back and forth for a good 5 to 10 minutes. I did this 2 years ago after dripping coffee into the switches and I've not had an issue since. Save your money for something that is truly unserviceable.

Thanks for the input. I tried this and it did not work. Ended up buying the entire cluster and replaced it -- problem solved.

with the old one out, I fiddled around spraying and cleaning and with my meter hooked up, still did not get contunity. Oh well, at least it's fixed.

          thanks
