I recently purchased a V70 with 88,000 miles. All 70,000 maintenece done. I'm having difficulty finding the squeaking sound (like a mouse is in the car)coming from the right side of the car. The sound occurs when going over anykind of rough surface. I tried opening the glove box when driving. The sound is internal.

Gas mileage is terrible. I've used 5 gallons so far and its only at 75 miles. Is there a fix or improvement that can be done? I've flushed the transmission fluid and replaced with Mobil 1 Synthetic ATF. There's plenty of fluid on the dipstick. Does use of TRACS cause increase fuel consumption. If so, is there anyway to disengage this option at startup without continuing pushing the TRACS button to turn it off? Would installing a K&N air filter also help with gas problem.
