Our '96 855R is starting to smell musty when we turn the AC on. It has automatic climate control.

What is the best way to shut down the AC in order to have it air itself out before our drive is over?

    Turn the AC off 10 minutes before you get home.

    Why not fix the "musty" smell? Unblock the drain tubes and use Lysol to kill the mould?
