7.J x16x49 Wheels for 850 wagon? 850 1994

Okay, Does anyone know if this size wheel will fit on a 1994- 850 turbo wagon?

7.J x16x49

Would I put 205/50R16 tires on them?

Also, I know 16 is the tire width, what do theother numbers represent? And what does the J stand for?

I don’t know too much about tires but the first #’s equals the width the 16 is the height of the rim (the tire has to be 16” you can’t mount say a 15”) the 50 I believe is the distance from the outside of the rim to tire thread. The thing, which is important, too is the wheel off set, which I don’t remember what it is on the Volvo
