Oxygen Sensor S70 1999

AutoZone diagnosed engine light code as needing an oxygen sensor. I can order one from AZ for around $200. I'm interested in knowing if this is a "do it yourself" job - I have access to a shop with a lift. If so, do I need any special tools? Thanks.

It is the O2 sensor before the cat converter. I paid $159 for it. Any experience in changing this one?

Thanks for your help!

YOU CAN DO IT YOURSELF. LIKE I SAID THE HARDEST PART IS THE WIRE CONNECTOR. YOURS SHOULD BE BLACK RIGHT? THE AFTER CAT IS GREY. YOU TAKE A SMALL FLAT SCREWDRIVER AND GENTLY PRI THE RED TAB SIDEWAYS THEN DISCONNECT. LET ME NO HOW YOU DID.

Too much $$$$ S70 1999

$200 for a O2 sensor is too much.

Check online vendors and you'll get a Bosch one for about $125-$140.

Try eEuroparts.com or fcpgroton.com
