Fuse panel S40-V40 2001

I recently purchased a 2001 S40. Price was right but it didn't come with an owner's manual which I plan on getting soon.
Could someone tell me where the fuse box is located. I found the one in the engine compartment but none inside the car. I'm looking for the fuse for the cigarette lighter/12v adapter.
