anyone interested in a trip computer? i bought it to upgrade my 96 855 glt and the plugs dont work. the trip comp has a ribbon wire going from it to the cluster. got it off ebay and was told by the damn dealer that it will fit on all 850's 95-97 but it dont. the one i need has 2 places for 2 green plugs one going to the switch one to the dash. if anyone has one to spare im willing to trade. jus drop me an email

    yea the trip computer is the one with the mpgs temp etc. the one i got has a nine wire ribbon out the back of the trip unit. the one i need has a ten wire ribbon out of the back of the dash. i paid $150 ill sell it for $120 only the trip comp no switch or wires. as i said i never installed it went to do it and it was the wrong one i had got it off ebay early june never got around to it if you are interested email me at jippijak6@hotmail.com

    I have a 97 855. By trip computer do you mean the thing that gives mileage, avg mpg, Instant mpg, etc?

    I don't have one to trade but how much did you pay for it if you don't mind asking. If you are thinking of getting rid of it I might be in the market for one. Also I think that there are two types of dashes backs for the GLT's. Mine is a 96 850 GLT
