1)My ABS/Tracs light is on. This is not always on but usually most of the time. The dealer said that a sensor is probably out? Could this mean anything else and what is the cost/way to repair it? I sometimes notice the light comes on when I hit a bump or the there is a creaking/squeaking sound and then the ABS/Tracs light comes on.
HOPE THIS HELPS:

SOMETIMES WHEN YOU ARE STUCK IN THE SNOW AND ROCK BACK AND FORTH THE TRACS LIGHT IS ON.
SO TURN THE KEY TO IGNITION (NO NEED TO START THE CAR) FOR FIVE (5) TIMES TO RESET THE LIGHT.
2)When I lock the doors and then unlock them, the driver's side door locks don't unlock. The dealer quoted me about $100-200 per door to fix which is ridiculous. Any advice on ways to fix/cost?
DOES THIS MEAN BOTH THE FRONAT AND REAR "DRIVER" SIDE LOCKS HAVE PROBLEM?
CHECK FUSES.
TO OPEN THE DOOR PANELS TO CHECK...IT IS NOT HARD TO OPEN THE DOOR PANEL TO CHECK.

3)About 1.5 years ago, the check engine light came on and the dealer said it needed a new air pump. I had the light turned on and it has intermittenly come on and gone off. The last month+ it has been off. The main concern is that it would not pass emissions check here in Ohio. Any thoughts on why it went off an if the the air pump needs replaced.
GET AN OBD-II SCANNER FOR $130 AT AUTOZONE OR PEPBOYS:

TO SEE THE CODE FOR YOURSELF. THIS TOOL WORKS WITH ANY OBD-II SYSTEM.
4)The bulb warning light has been on most of the time for the past year. I visually inspected the bulbs and changed them. However, after a little while, I noticed that the light came back on immediately. After looking at it, I am thinking either the bulb was not fitting properly or there is a short?
BULB ON WHEN THERE IS A BURNED LIGHT BULB SOMEWHERE.
IF NOT THEN...
SOMETIMES IF DIFFERENT BULBS (SUCH AS GE ON THE RIGHT AND OSRAM-SYLVANIA ON THE LEFT)ARE FIT ON THE RIGHT VS LEFT, THE BULB FAILURE SENSOR SENSES THE DIFFERENCE IN RESISTANCE AND TELLS YOU THERE IS A BULB FAILURE, BUT IN REALITY THERE IS NO BULB FAILURE.
ALWAYS USE THE SAME LIGHT BULBS RIGHT VS LEFT SIDES TOAVOID THIS ANNOYING FAILURE WARNING LIGHT.
5) The turn signal does not blink automatically, I have to manually push the turn signal up and down...it sounds like a short an cheap fix...any ideas?
DEFECTIVE TURN SIGNAL LEVER.
6)What kind of leather cleaner preserver do you use to clean the seats?

8)My S70 is about 122K miles on it now and I had the brakes done at about 60k and the timing belt changed at 70-80K mi...when should I expect to do this again?
YES, JUST REPEAT THE CYCLE AGAIN.
Make sure you replace the TB tensioner, this item is known to fail and even if you have a new TB, if the TB tensioner fails the engine is severly damaged because when the TB slips the pistons hit the valves...
HOPE this helps.
