Exhaust 'Pop'

    Exhaust 'Pop'

I as well have a 2004 S60R which "pops" with regularity. From the reviews I've read this seems to be the nature of the beast. How is your tire wear? From the beginning I've experienced feathering on the front tires despite repeated alignments. Dealer just says not bad and won't do anything.

      Fozzy,

No problems yet, but, only 8k miles. I do have some pulls in the leather on the back of the seat they won't do anything about. They said it was "normal", but, it is nearly pulled through. I'm not very happy about it at this kind of mileage.

    Exhaust 'Pop' on S60R

    Sorry about that.

I'm getting an exhaust "Pop" when shifting from first to second on a 2004 S60R under medium acceleration. It is a single note, and, is quite loud. It appears while the engine is winding down during the shift.

Has anyone seen/heard of this before?

    Bob
