Key won't turn to the Start position. It will turn to On, but not Start. Is this a faulty switch? Anti-theft? Help!! S70

It would be helpful to know whether the car actually turns over, (starter engages) or not.

The key stops before it gets to the start position. I can't turn the key in the lock? S70
