Turbo Gauge A-Pillar Installation S70

I own a 98 S70 GLT and would like to mount a turbo gauge on the A-Pillar. Any recommendations on what gauge and pod to use? Also, how hard is the installation?

Thanks.

The IPD pod-mounted boost gauge for your 98 S70 can be seen here:
    http://www.ipdusa.com/ProductsCat.aspx?CategoryID=14&NodeID=424&RootID=629

Bay 13 has an installation procedure, but their site architecture precludes a URL directly to it. So, follow this sequence:
    1. Go to: http://www.volvospeed.com/volvo_performance.php
    2. In the left margin, click on: MODIFICATIONS.
    3. From the list, click on: VDO Boost Gauge Installation instructions for a VDO gauge. 030301

Having pointed you to that, let me add that there are several "Lessons Learned" which I developed as I installed mine. Bay 13 does not address these "Lessons". I drafted mine into a Microsoft Word document, which I would be pleased to share with you off-forum. No need to bore everyone else with all that. E-mail me at
    s p r i g g s (at) a t t . n e t
and I will send it to you.

I also have the IPD pod and boost gauge. I did not use the tape and secured it with a black screw. I find the gauge useful, especially with the ECU upgrade. I also like to stay off the boost entirely until the car has warmed up and it's useful for that too.

IPD has one; fairly easy installation, but it's done with two-sided tape, and tends to fall off after a year or two, at which time you renew the tape.
    It's cute, but essentially useless.
