Fixing cuts in the leather. S70 1999

I don't know how it happened, but I got into my car this morning and I noticed a cut on the leather thats about an inch and a half long and another one thats about a quarter of an inch. Now i'm afraid that the cut/rip will spread so I want to take care of it as soon as possible. I need ideas and/or suggestions on how to fix this problem. Are there leather kits specificaly made for Volvo leather out there? How much would it cost to fix this? Is this the beginning of the end of my leather? =(
Thanks in advance for your help.

    Peruytu,

The following websites will answer all of your questions:

    www.colorplus.com

    www.leatherique. com

Volvo's leather is average quality. It should last a long time with proper maintenance.

    Good luck,
    Bryan

WOW! Ok I probably don't have the time to do this... not that its complicated but its just too much time consuming as far as I see it.
Is there any other way I can get this fixed without becoming a "leather expert"? I wouldn't mind taking it to somebody either. Would the dealer take care of this?
      Thanks in advance.

        Peruytu,

Contact a high-end trim or saddle shop.

The dealer will just send it out to have it done and charge you for their time.

Be sure to get references before you have the work done.

        Bryan
