What is this strut part called? See pic V70-XC70 1998

I cannot seem to find the name of the rubber covered metal plate that holds the strut to the top of the chassis. The rubber seems to have worn out and it is making a sound like shaking a quarter in an aluminum can. I swapped the parts and the noise followed the worn out rubber piece. Anybody?

I have attached a picture here.

Looks like strut mount bearing assembly. FCP Groton has them.

I order that and I only got the parts immediate below this rubber stop. Should it have been included in this kit?
