XC vs. SE V70-XC70 2000

Is there any major difference between '00 V70 XCs and XC SEs, cosmetically or mechanically? Also should one expect to pay a premium for an XC SE over the more ordinary model?

p.s. I'm assuming Volvo worked out the kinks on its AWD system by 2000.

    Can't help with the SE vs. XC question, but I think that Volvo used the same old AWD system up until 2003.
