I have a opportunity to buy a 1996 turbo L/E 850 with 108,000 miles /asking price $5,000
It is in very good condition.Original sticker price $38,000?
I would be the 5th owner. The only thing it needs is new Tires.
What do you think????

FOUR previous owners in 100K ????? Really sounds to me like sumthin is wrong that duzn't show up at 1st.

Do a search on this forum for what to look for in a used car and take it to a competent independent mechanic for an inspection. Expect to pay $100. for the service.

Honestly, without actually seeing the car, would you really take someone elses opinion whom you do not know? You really didn't give any info on the car to make any sort of decision.

Do you know anyone near you that knows anything about cars? I would trust them because they can actually see the car for what it is.
