Home Depot sells a super glue that uses a primer for plastics and vinyls. It worked for me in the corners.

On a hot summer day I put a "brick" on my cover and it stay put when I removed it after a weekend in the sun. Wait to then (unless you live below the equator).

My 1994 850 has a similar problem with the dash board cover. It is curled up at the edges. Ive had split dash boards in past years and this is not that unsightly. If the car runs good dont mess with it.

I talked to my Volvo dealership about this, because same thing was occuring in my 95' 855. They advised that the factory fix is to replace entire dashboard. I didn't bother asking about what that would cost.

They advised that I see an interior specialist or use some automobile upholstery adhesive to tack it back down. I mentioned my concern for normal airbag function and they assured me that an upholstery adhesive would be fine. I visited an auto interior shop, bought some adhesive and now the airbag cover/dash looks new again. Good luck.
