Tire upsize S60

My current original tire size is 205/55/16 on Mimas Volvo rims. What can I do to upsize for better handling?

Do you definitely want to "upsize" to larger rims or do you want better handling tires on your existing 16" rims? You can do either. Going with an ultra high performance tire in a 16" diameter should give you better handling without the expense of new wheels.
