'95 850 Wont Start after sitting a few days 850 1995

It got REALLY cold here last week, and my 850 has been sitting. I wen to start it up, and I could not get it to start after cranking it and cranking it. Battery is fine, though what would make the car not start up after a cold spell? It is still not running after it has warmed up to mid 50's this week.... I have read a bit about the CPS? I plan to check for spark today....would the CPS just go without warning (I do remmeber some other hard starts when it just started getting cold). the car has 150k on it. Any help is appreciated, I am trading it in on a 01 XC as soon as I can get it going.

It was not the FP relay (I jumped it w/ paperclip to make sure). I get gas on the injector rail, spark was fine, it turned out to be my lack of fuel in the gas tank (stop laughing..I aint kidding). I had above empty (normally I would have gotten 30 miles out of the remainder of the tank), though condensation during the cold spell must have created water in the tank/lines. The car runs like a raped date now. Thanks for your help...
Willy
