Been talking to tire dealer .He says hydra edge or good year triple tread are 98T rated and handling will suffer as opposed original equipment. can there be that much difference, and where I am theres only 3 bucks between the two. are the goodyear as good as the Michelin.

I just put the triple treads on my 2000xc and really like them. These tires have a tremendous effect on turning. I'm not sure how handling is going to suffer too much on a car like this.
