850 A/C Blower 850 1995

My a/c and heater blower works intermittently. Sometimes in will work when I start the car and other times it won't. When it does work, it is constant without interruption. Is this the "resistor" that I've read in other posts? If so, how can it be replaced and approx. how much does it cost?

How can I tell whether it is a Electronic Controlled A/C system?

If the temperature dials have degrees printed on them, it electronic. To see if the resistor is working properly, after the engine warms up, turn the fan speed to max. If the fan starts up then, it is probably the resistor.
