O 2 sensor for 93 850 glt 850 1993

Hi, my check eng. light went on,I replaced the O2 sensor, disconected the batterie for 15min.eng. light is still on.
What do I do next to turn light off?

Clear the code on the OBDI. The same box that told you that the O2 sensor was bad.
