Erratic brake grab 850 1993

About once a day the when I apply brake pedal on my 850 it won't depress for a brief moment and the brakes grab. I let off and reapply and all is fine. ABS system also seems to pulse when brakes are applied routinely on a slow downhill. Any ideas?

    First check the last time you flushed the brake fluid. should be in 12 month intervals. Then check the master cylinder- this costs more. If not, your hydro slave could be shot or going. This isnt as cotly as master cylinder but much more than bleeding the brake fluid

    Check the hubs for heat. Sounds like one of the calipers is stuck. Or the slides need to be lubricated. The ABS should only kick in when one wheel is slower than the other when stopping.
