Front Wheel Bearings 850 1994

Just replace both front wheel bearings at 140,000 miles. Very expensive at local indy shop. The right front was really loud and went ahead and did the left. Total cost was around $650 ouch! Is this about the right mileage for this repair?

Keith,
Not bad, and it really depends on driving habit, but 140k is good. Do it yourself at 280k and you'll save about half, assuming you already have the tools. :-)
