power driver seat (weird problem) 850

i can move my driver power seats, up, back, forward, etc. the only thing that doesn't work is the Mem buttons. when i push them to adjust the seat, nothing happens. anyone expericence this and know what the problem could be.

    Check on the bottom of the seat near the motors , there are some small connecters that come loose some times these are very small but youshould be able to find them.

    seen it before only effects the memory function..
