CV Boots V70-XC70 1998

I have a right front outer C.V. joint boot that just started leaking grease. Who makes a " quick boot" ( split boot as available for VWs for years) for this car? I hate to disassemble the axle just for a boot.
Also, does everyone have front tire wear problems? I replace the original Michelins with same spec Michelins. I suspect its poor alignment technicians.

Car is a Florida car, mostly highway miles, 110,000 miles.
