IPD Timing Belt Replacement 'Instructional' DVD 850

Has anyone had the chance to see the IPD "How-To" video. It really makes the job a snap. Of course to duplicate the process, I did have to spend 6.5 hours removing the engine from the car, placing it on stand and moving it into a heated shop (with great lighting) and then it only took nine minutes.

If you haven't seen it, look for it on one of those exploitation home video shows.

The instructions that came with my screwdrivers were more helpful.

IPD Sway Bars 850

Finally.

I hear you! Much the same as when I called IPD about sway bars and how to install them. To install them................ "just drop the rear of the subframe"................but don't forget to simultaneously push up the engine while you do it. :)

There's some good that came out of it though. I saw this contraption at a shop that looked like a giant heavy duty towel bar with legs running along the fenders just inside of the hood. It had what appeared to be a hand crank and hook along th bar. I asked the guy what the hell is that for and he said to hold up the engine when you drop the subframe. Duh! Such a simple and portable device that weighs about 20-25 lbs. Now motor mounts, subframe, etc, are no problem.
