Hi Everyone!

Have a headlight switch problem. Read all the posts on this but still have a few of questions. 1) What does A and B mean on the switch itself? Do these have to be set anywhere specific? 2) Anywhere on the internet to buy this headlight switch cheaper than a Volvo dealer? 3) Anyone got a diagram of the headlight switch? Thanks for any info! I appreciate it! Laurie

    I guess you mean the A/B/C selector on the back of the headlight switch right? The DOT position is "C". The European position is "A". I believe it has to do with complying with the DOT regs that the foglights turn off if you select the highbeam position. I don't think that's required in Europe but you can experiment and let us know what you find out. What's the problem with your headlights now?

      Thanks very much for the info! It was driving my husband crazy what the A, B and C meant. Thanks, also, for the info on where to buy this switch! We'll be ordering one!
