Hi,

I was going to order some rubber brake lines and a timing belt from fcpgroton.com, can anyone comment on the quality of the parts they sell there or if they have had any problems dealing with this company?

The prices are good, but I need good quality as well especially with these parts.

    FCP Groton: I've found the parts good, the staff responsive, prices reasonable to low, and delivery quick.

    IPD: I've found the prices high, staff sometimes arrogant, and delivery sometimes spotty.

    Based solely on my own experiences..........

    I order almost all of my Volvo part from them. I also used to get all of my Saab parts fromt them too. Great prices and great people to deal with. If there is something you need and they don't have it listed on their site give them a call. They haven't let me down.

    Why not eeuroparts the have free shipping and an 800#

      I go with FCP Groton for most of my needs, and because they are only 300 miles away from me, I get the parts next day via regular UPS. I have no problem paying resonable shipping if I get the part that quick.

    FCP is very good and you can always follow up on their 800 number if you have questions.
    IPDUSA.com has the same parts, plus they have great aftermarket items like stainless steel brake lines, competition parts, etc.
    Both companies are very good and reasonable.

    i got a cv joint from there. it was a quality product. i sent back my old one recently to get the core charge returned, but haven't received my money back yet.
    they seem good.
