Looking a two used T5 S60s - one manual and one auto stick. Anyone have experience with either - is the automatic pretty reliable; does the manual smoke its clutch quickly? I found an S70 SE GLT auto that was a great price, but it sold by the time I made my decision to buy the next day.

I have a 5 speed and I love it. I have a 1993 850 GLT with 104,000 miles on it. So far, knock on wood, the clutch is fine and is original to the car. I have seen posts on this site where folks have upwards of 150,000 miles with the original clutch. I live in San Francisco with lots of hills. Might just boil down to personal preference, but I'd go for the stick shift.
