Sagging rear hatch door V70-XC70 1998

The back hatch is no longer staying up. How do you go about replacing struts/springs on the rear hatch door?

    It's a DIY job, but it is harder when it is cold outside. The plastic bits don't want to bend. FCP Groton has struts, too.

    go to volvospeed.com, enter bay 13(repair/maint), click to "trim", shows all.
    No springs BTW, gas struts. good luck
