My 850 did not come with remotes. The PO said it didn't have it. If it really doesn't have the reciever am I better off adding an aftermarket or looking for used parts? Is the reciever just plug-n-play?

    Hi Howard,

    I believe aftermarket would be the way to go. Even if you find used parts, no guarantee they'll work, and Volvo does not sell the Factory kit for install.
