question about having chassis lubed 850

My father's old mechanic said that one couldn't lube the chassis on a 850 for there was no place to lube them. Is this in fact correct? Thank you :)

not in the conventional sense. Give the sway bar bracket inserts a good shot of silicone spray, they fasten the sway bar to the subframe. The plastic inserts on the control arms should be greased usine the while Volvo silicone/teflon grease in a tube. That stuff doesn't wash off. S

There are no zirk fittings but the hinges should be greased and the turning stops.

Correct all bushings,ball joints ect are pre lubed and have no grease fittings.
