Rear tire wear (850) 850 1996

A '96 854 just showed very severe rear tire wear suddenly. The inside edges of the tires are worn to the point that the radial wires are showing and one went flat!
What can cause this?
It was OK at 150k miles last summer.
Is there a bushing problem?

Thanks,
Rich

It can be anything from just an alingnment adjustment to bent delta links.

The reason for the severe rear tire wear is that one of the transverse arms/delta links/Y arms had the end part, called a bushing, broken off. The car had visable negative rear camber as a result. The new ends, called bushings, are about $75 each and require that one arm be removed.
      Looking at $300+ for repair!
Plus $60 for alignment afterward. Groan!
      Just a FYI.
