Anti-seize compound question: which type? 850

Brickboard gurus--
I was wondering which type of anti-seize compound to use on the spark plug threads? I have seen these types for sale:
Moly Disulfide
Copper (sometimes also with aluminum and graphite)
Nickel (sometimes also with graphite)

What's the best one to pick for spark plugs, and why do they make so many different types? Thank you!

Take a good look at your old plugs and see whers the deposits on the end of the threaded part end.

I would keep my lube at least 1/8 inch from this spot, that way it won't burn onto the exposed plug end.

I've used the copper stuff with no problem.
