stuck ignition key S70

help have 98 s-70 today ignition key stuck wont come out.
it apears it is a problem with the gear selector not going fully into park. Steering wheel also isnt locked . wheere do i adjust shift linkage to fix problem?

    You may have a problem with the shift knob, I replace them alot, they do not lock in the park position because the button does not release. next time check to see if the button is releasing in the knob, if not pull the button out to release the lock and push on the handle upwards to lock the shifter.

      Thanks I took console apart around shifter. found shift lock push button apeared gummy stuck cleaned it and the little eectric soilinoid thing was also sticking locking a pin that phisically also locked shifter on and off.. i over riged spoilenod so it would not lock it in park. It really appears a dirk must have rexcently been spilled inside gumming everything up.Uggggggg oh also the button on the shifter also felt stuck too.

      oh well have it working for now at least .
