Driver's seat, CD charger, tires 850 1994

Hope you guys can help with this three issues:
1. I have power seats and I can adjust them without any problems, however, the memory doesn't work on the driver's seat (it works fine on the passenger side). When I click on the buttoms I hear a click, but nothing moves.
2. I recently purchased my car used, so I don't know if it is normal, but most of the time it takes up to a minute for the cd player to start playing (same thing if I skip to next song)... sometimes it takes up to 5 or 10 minutes before it starts playing.
3. When I bought it, it had different brand of tires in the front and the rear (same sizes though). The problem is that one tire on each axle is really good and the other is really bad. I'd like to buy two new tires for the front axle and save the two good ones that I have now for the rear axle...the problems is that the rear axle will have tires from different brands on each side. Is this legal?

Thanks!!

    Ditto for me on #1.

    Annoying, but not critical.
Reverse positions for me though - Drivers Side fine, Passenger not.

Any help on this from other members will be appreciated.

As to #3, it is legal but probably not a good idea. Different manufacturer's tires may handle differently, especially if they have different speed ratings. Don't take the chance. Buy a set of four and enjoy the peace of mind.

By the way, where did you find a '94 with only 34K on it?
