96' 850 SRS diagnostic light and momentary loss of RPM 850

When I start my 850 the SRS light remains on for 10 to 15 seconds as opposed to the former 5 seconds. It remains on after the other lights go out. When the SRS light does go out the RPM drops to almost nothing like the engine is about to cut out for a moment then goes back to normal, also sometimes the radio will go out for a moment then come back. This just began about 3 weeks ago. I just went over 180K, The SRS control module is in the center dash/console, I have not opened the dash/console. I have unfortunately spilled a few cups of Joe on the console, could that be setting this SRS problem into motion?? PLEASE give me a clue!!
