headlight wipers 850 1994

I have problems w/ headlight wipers. Left hand side doesnt work wich is fine with me considering my wife doesnt drive long distances but the right hand side that worked fine has now decided to operate on its own ( with the exeption that the arm is not moving!) So we are left with a cofee grinding noise all the time the car is driving. What's the easiest way to disconnect the motor? I've looked for a fuse for it but didn't find one. HELP! Thanks ahead for any suggestions.

The connectors for the wiper motors are right above the headlights and are brown plastic on my '98. They're clipped to the black plastic cowl thing. Once you kill the motors, you can re-position the wipers by un-doing the nut on the arm.
