Heater hose disconnect: how to? 850 1994

Am in process of replacing all coolant hoses and am not sure how to disconnect these hoses. Is there a tool that is needed? I know GM and Ford use the same basic design, but armed with only a screw driver or two and pliers I have had no success yet. Do not want to destroy anything. Turbo is out so access is perfect.

    Hi, you need to flip w/ a flat head screw driver the "2 yellow tongues" inward and the plastic lock will collapse and you can pull the hose out.To reinstall just push the plastic lock in and it will lock.I hope I made myself clear.
