Lost some gears - HELP! 850

Okay - I just purchased a '97 850 5 speed - used, for a great price. But all of the sudden, I've lost 2nd, 4th, and reverse. I'm praying this is a shift linkage problem, but wanted to make sure -

Is this a shift linkage issue, or is it my transmission. Oh yeah - there is no grinding or anything like that, it just won't go into gear at all...
