Rear Shaking When Braking 850 1995

My '95 850 rear end will shake/shutter when I apply the brakes and get to about 10 MPH. It only does it when the outside temperature is above 85 degrees. Would re-greasing the rear pad fix this or do I possibly have a bigger problem?

    Go ahead and regrease them and then stuff in a set of "drawbridge" shims while you are in there. There was a bulletin on this a million years ago and the fix was these shims. They look like your regular shim except they have a big square bite out of one corner.
