Has anyone used the DTC block under the hood to run the calibration procedure for the power driver's seat? I don't seem able to make it work. Supposed to ender Mode 4 and then enter various codes. But I never get the expected responses.

Why do you need to do this? Did you replace or reinstall the seat back cable? If so and you haven't stitched everything back yet you can calibrate the back yourself by trial and error. For instance if the seat is about halfway, disconnect the cable and run the motor back and forth between its limits to guess the halfway position. Then insert the cable and try adjusting through its range. If out of range disconnect the cable again and run the motor some to get a better guess, then reconnect and check the range, and so on.

Before repairing my seatback cable (by shortening the shroud so it would not fall out repeatedly) the seat went out of calibration. Evidently the cable was engaging some times and not others.

How did you find info about a calibration procedure based on codes?
