changing the serpentine belt on an S80 S80

Is anyone familiar with changing the belt on a 99 S80? It is blocked from coming off the crank shaft pulley by the motor mount. Does the plate mounted to the crank shaft pulley need to come off to change the belt?

Take off 4 vibration damper mounting bolts. A serpentine belt can be unloaded after fully turning a serpentine belt bolt in a clock-wise direction. I replaced the serpentine belt in about 30 minutes (based on the VADIS DVD manual), and it's not difficult.
