Has anyone had to replace the fuel pump on this car? Mine is noisy as the tank drops below half full. No performance issues but I am concerned that it is going out. A dealer told me that I will have to pull out the rear seats and seat backs to access the pump and the priming pump(the tank does not have to be removed from the car). Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I had mine replaced a couple months ago. It was making that noisy whining sound; probably like yours is now. You do have to pull the rear seat to access it. I didn't do it myself. I have to take the car back so they can fix my messed up fuel guage now. It reads 7/8 full when I top off the tank. I don't think it's that hard of a job.
