OBD II code reader S70

Has anyone purchased an OBD II code reader from FCP Groton? They have one on their website for $150. Is this a good deal? I need one to figure out why the check engine light is on ( 98 S70). Are these tools easy to use?

Thanks,
Dave

I really like dealing with FCP Groton. I recommend them frequently.

This time, though, I'd suggest a different supplier. I have that same code reader and it has served me well, but it can be had online for significantly less than FCP Groton, IPD, JC Whitney and others all charge for the same tool. See http://www.jimrothe.com/volvo/backyard_mechanics_resources.html for more info.

Very easy to use. Advance auto or auto zone will lend you a reader. I have dealt with FCP Groton, they are great. Usually the best prices.
