Fan Runs To long S70

I have a 1999 S70 and recently when I would turn off the car the fan continued to run for about 20-30 minutes. I finally just pulled the fuse and kept it out for about an hour and then put it back in. Since then it hasn't done it. I commute a long distance everyday and just want to make certain that it is not dangerous or if there is anything else I can try. I can't afford to bring it in right now since I just have recently went back to work. Any suggestions or has anyone else encountered this issue? Thank you in advance.

Mine runs after I turn off the key sometimes. But I've never timed it. 20-30 minutes sounds excessive though.

I think there is a relay for the fan somewhere, maybe it sticks?

Mine does the same thing after my usual 85 mile each way trip to and from work every day. I've been getting worried that it would catch fire or something. ;)

Your running it in the summer and it's hot out.... On the older 850's the fan would not run afterwards and there were evaporator issues in the A/C system. It is a good thing that the fan runs and dries out the Evap. I think this is normal and no need to pull a fuse. Check with the dealer if you're really that concerned. It's not running your battery down is it?
