Big Air Conditioning Issue 95 850 Turbo Wagon 850

I have been having the same pesky ac problems with the car (compressor going off for a while) as I read about on many threads. I have cleaned the driver and passenger temp sensors. I have not gotten around to the compressor spacers or the temp sensor on the compressor.

Today the ac stayed off for much longer than it normally does and it felt very hot coming ut of the vents. I parked it in my driveway and kept it idling, put an ac gauge on it and it was showing 140 lbs! I check the pressure regularly and it never exceeds 35 lbs. Needless to say this has got me very concerned, whats my next move?
